Speaker Brief Bio 
  Ya received her Ph.D. in Statistics from Stanford in 2010. Before joining LinkedIn this May, she worked at Bing Data Mining and Whole Page Relevance Team at Microsoft as a Senior Applied Researcher from 2010 to 2013. Recently, her paper with several of her colleagues at Bing about running experiments at large scale got accepted to KDD'13.   Xin receive his PhD in Human computer interaction from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He gained substantial experience in analyzing online user behavior to generate insights about user experience, business opportunities, and product strategies through his seven years' working experience at Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
